The CBS comedy pilot “Eternally Yours” rounds out its cast with three new additions.
Rose Abdoo (The Hux, Gilmore Girls), Tristan Michael Brown (Pretty Freakin’ Scary, Bunk’d) and Shiloh Molina (Afterparty, The Really Loud House) are joining series regulars in the single-cam comedy pilot from Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, who developed the hit CBS comedy series Ghosts, Variety reports.
The trio will be joined by previously announced cast members Ed Weeks, Jalen Lewison, Allegra Edwards, Helen J. Shen, and Parker Young. Full character descriptions of the new cast can be found below.
The official Eternally Yours logline describes the pilot as “an eternal love story about two vampires (Edwards, Weeks) who have been married for 500 years and their struggle to accept the human (Lewisson) who is dating their daughter (Shen).”
Abdu is repped by Silvera Arougheti Entertainment Group & Innovative Artists. Mr. Brown is repped by Firestarter Entertainment. Molina is represented by Mitchell & Associates Talent and TalentWorks
Port and Wiseman serve as writers and executive producers on “Eternally Yours.” Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum and Jason Wang also serve as executive producers. Trent O’Donnell will serve as director and executive producer. Produced by CBS Studios.
Character description:
Rose Abdoo as Phyllis — Phyllis met her husband Jesse (Young) when they arrived in a Trans Am in 1985. She had no idea she was living with a family of vampires (and gave birth to half-vampire twins, Mort and Henry!) Now old enough to pass as Jesse’s mother, she still catches Jesse’s attention when she wears a sweater set, and her daily brain wiping to erase her vampire memories is having a negative effect on her mental state. ”
Tristan Michael Brown as Mort — “Mort is one half of a half-vampire fraternal twin. He is constantly reminded of how average he is compared to his older brother Henry. Mort definitely gets the short end of the human-vampire hybrid, with his uncanny ability to read the minds of his dogs. Still, nothing stops this guy from pursuing his dream job: stand-up comedian.”
Shiloh Molina as Henry — “Henry is one half of a half-vampire fraternal twin. His romance novel-worthy, heart-throbbing gorgeousness (like a young Robert Pattinson) makes him worthy of a YA teen drama. Instead, he carries the pain and condition of the world on his shoulders. Perfect in every way, gifted with superpowers and super speed, he’s still not good enough to withstand the exquisite pain that life has to offer.”
