Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens are spreading Christmas cheer!
On Thursday, Dec. 25, the Olympic gymnast, 28, posted a series of snaps sharing Christmas traditions with her NFL husband, 30.
Biles first posted a video of a fireplace burning brightly on her Instagram Story, captioning the video, “Merry Christmas everyone 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍.”
Her next story included a mirror selfie of her showing off navy blue silk pajamas. She followed up her solo selfie with another sweet selfie next to the Chicago Bears safety. The classic Christmas movie Elf was playing in the background as the couple smiled broadly for the camera.

Biles continued by posting a video on her Instagram Story of Owens and Elf, both wearing matching blue silk pajamas, unwrapping presents together.
The video is sped up and shows the two unwrapping several presents together. Owens began the unwrapping process and opened all the gifts, and Biles ran away and photographed his reaction. Owens received a Louis Vuitton Keepall travel bag and a Louis Vuitton Horizon suitcase. Meanwhile, Biles opened her travel vanity and foot massager.
Her Instagram Stories were filled with photos of presents wrapped and stacked in a pile, with elves playing in the background. She ended her Instagram Story with another photo of a wrapped present, but this time it was placed in front of a palm frond.

Biles has since posted photos of the couple’s Christmas celebrations on her profile, including one of them cuddling while posing on a couch. She posted to her Instagram Stories a selfie of the couple and a blurry photo of them kissing on a couch.
“From me and mine to you and yours, happy holidays 🤍,” she captioned the post.
Owens commented, “Thank you so much🤎.”

The two first met on the dating app “Raya” in March 2020 and made their romance official on Instagram in August 2020. In February 2022, Owens proposed to Biles. The two married in April 2023 in an intimate ceremony at a courthouse in Texas, and held their second wedding in Mexico in May of the same year.
The gymnast recently recalled how she felt during their first meeting for PEOPLE. “Oh my god…I wouldn’t even be dazzled. What’s the right word? I couldn’t stand a girl saying, ‘Oh my god, I knew he was the one…’ What does that feel like? What does that mean?” she asked with an irritated laugh.
“I don’t understand this word, but I remember as soon as I met Jonathan, I went home and told my friends. They were at home preparing for a little date with me, and when I came back I was like, ‘Oh, I’m going to marry him,'” she said in a conversation in November. “Why did you say that? I don’t know. I don’t know why you said that.”
“It was just a random weird feeling that I had never felt before, and then it happened. I think that’s why he was so kind and gentle and made me laugh.”
