Shakira received support from those closest to her at the premiere of her new film.
On Thursday, November 13, the 48-year-old singer posed for photos on the red carpet at the premiere of Zootopia 2 with her two children Milan, 12, and Sasha, 10, with ex-partner Gerard Pique.
The Hips Don’t Lie musician, who is reprising her role as Gazelle from Zootopia, was seen wearing a long-sleeved purple turtleneck dress. Her two sons, wearing matching purple suits and purple bow ties, posed smiling on either side of their mother.
In another photo, her sons smile as they lean in and kiss Shakira.

Shakira is one proud mother. Back in June, she spoke to the BBC about the emotional high point of her current tour. It comes when she sings “Acrostico.” Shakira wrote the ballad to her two children as a promise to stay strong despite the separation from their father.
“Every time I see them on screen and hear their little voices, my heart melts,” the star told the outlet. “They’re everything to me. They’re my engine and the reason I’m alive. So having them on stage every night is a really precious moment.”
Elsewhere in the interview, the proud mother admitted that this was her first tour since her sons were old enough to see her perform. Shakira said he has “mixed feelings” about the matter and is “stressed out” for her.
“When I do a show, it’s a little stressful because they want everything to be perfect for me,” she said. “Kids are always worried, like, ‘Mom, how was it? Did you fall? Are you okay?’ And I try to show them that there’s no such thing as a perfect show. It’s okay to make mistakes.”
The Zootopia 2 premiere isn’t the first time Shakira’s two children have attended an event. The proud mom had two of her favorite people cheering her on at the 2025 Grammy Awards.
On February 2nd, the Colombian singer attended music’s biggest night with her sons. Lovely photos from the event showed the proud mother walking hand-in-hand with her sons in matching silver tuxedos.
Later in the night, after Shakira won the award for Best Latin Pop Album, she received a big hug from her sons on her way to the stage. Shakira adorably gave a shout-out to her sons when she accepted the Grammys.
“I would like to share this award with my children Milan and Sasha, who are here with me,” she said. “I am so proud of you and your kind hearts.”
The mother-of-two added: “Thank you so much for supporting me as always. I love you,” and her sons gave her a kiss in return.
