Sami Sheen is grateful to his plastic surgeon.
The 21-year-old daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen proudly shared before-and-after photos of her shocking physical transformation on her Instagram Story on Wednesday.
In one photo, Sami was seen as a teenager with blonde hair and natural features.
She displayed a more recent photo of herself next to the throwback, but it was one that captured the OnlyFans model seven years later with pink hair and a completely different look.
Sami revealed all the beauty treatments she underwent to achieve her latest beauty look.
She captioned the post, “Thank you for the extensions, lip fillers, boob jobs, nose jobs, veneers, and FaceApp kiss2,” referring to the photo-editing app’s feature that promises users “instant fixes.”
Sami has been candid about her cosmetic surgery in the past, opening up about her work in a TikTok video in April.
“Apparently I’ve pissed off a lot of people by getting a nose job, so I thought I’d piss even more people off by telling you all about the work I’ve had,” she said in a video at the time.
Sami revealed she started getting lip fillers when she was 18 and gets touch-ups every year because she’s “addicted” to them.
She had Botox injected into her eyebrows to create a lifting effect, but they ended up dissolving as her face became “heavy” down.
“Then I discovered nose fillers, so I had fillers on the tip of my nose and the bridge of my nose to make it look straighter and more lifted,” she said, adding that she subsequently underwent rhinoplasty to achieve her desired look.
Sami underwent two nose jobs before undergoing breast augmentation surgery in November 2023, but had the implants removed two years later due to health issues.
“After nearly two years of health issues with strange symptoms, I finally found out I have breast implant disease,” she captioned a mirror selfie in June.
She added, “I’m also very grateful that I was lucky enough to have them removed. I feel so bad for all the women who go through this and are stuck with them, because this disease is no joke.”
Sami, smiling in triumph, described getting the veneers completed in 2024 as “the worst process ever”.
