Mark Wahlberg and his wife Rhea Durham are showing off their winter beach bodies.
The actor, 54, and his model wife, 47, were pictured together on holiday in Barbados on Saturday, showing off their perfectly ripped physiques.
Wahlberg went shirtless, his muscles and defined abs on full display. He was wearing navy blue swimming trunks, a cross necklace and a watch.
Durham wore a mint green one-piece swimsuit and accessorized with her own cross necklace and watch.
Their daughters, Ella (22) and Grace (15), are also pictured on holiday with their parents.
Barbados appears to be Mark and Durham’s favorite destination, as they holidayed there together at the same time last year and even shared a kiss by the sea.
The pair married in August 2009 and have four children, Ella and Grace, and sons Michael (19) and Brendan (17).
All four of the couple’s children made a rare red carpet appearance at the New York premiere of Play Dirty in September.
In November, Grace was hospitalized after sustaining a horseback injury during a competition.
While Grace shared the devastation of her injury on TikTok, Mark’s rep told Page Six that Grace is “doing well and recovering” and will be back riding soon.
Aside from being busy with his kids, Mark has always prioritized fitness.
Back in June, Page Six was informed that Equinox’s Hudson Yards store would open before dawn, allowing you and your friends to rent out the entire gym. Mark trained at 4:30 a.m. prior to his appearance at Michael Rubin’s Fanatics Fest.
Back in September 2018, Mark shared his typical training schedule that starts at 2:30am.
He revealed that he takes part in two workouts a day, a cryotherapy session, and a round of golf. The rest of the day is filled with family time, work time, scheduled snack time, and a post-workout shower.
He said he was already in bed by 7:30 p.m.
