Katie Rost has suffered a drug-induced seizure and is undergoing treatment, her husband claimed on social media.
“My wife is in treatment. I have her phone. TY, for a message,” he allegedly tweeted Sunday from the “Real Housewives of Potomac” alum’s X account.
“I can’t answer her. I’m upset. She’s okay. She’ll come out of detox soon,” Rost’s husband, whose name has not been released, added in a now-deleted tweet.
“She took MDMA and started having seizures. She was already planning to be hospitalized but that happened so those who have the footage please don’t share it. As she #respects,” he claimed.
Rost’s husband wrote in a third tweet: “All that matters. She’s okay.”
Page Six reached out to Rost for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.
Rost, 45, joined the first season of “The Real Housewives of Potomac” in 2016, along with Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Robyn Dixon, Karen Huger and Charlis Jackson.
The former Bravolebrity subsequently appeared in seasons 2 and 4 as a “friend” of the main cast, and made a guest appearance in season 7.
Since Lost left the show, she has faced many challenges in her personal life, including a dark custody battle over her three children with ex-husband Dr. James Orsini and a battle with addiction.
In 2022, Rost revealed that she completed a 30-day rehabilitation program to “get off alcohol and Adderall in a medical setting” and took a minimum wage job.
The following year, the former reality star revealed that she had relapsed but intended to “start over.”
That November, Rost returned to a rehab facility for alcohol abuse.
In July 2025, the mother-of-three revealed she had married the “love of my life” and claimed he had encouraged her to “get help and quit social media.”
