Rampage ‘n J Productions, UFC Vet Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and author Joel Silverman (credits include the development of “March to Madness,” an FX project with Don Cheadle Producing), and teamed up with Kroos Entertainment Group manager Tyler Kroos to “Rampson’s Resurrecting: Riddicting: rampson.”

The reality series chronicles Jackson’s attempts to help a fallen sports hero. The first season of the show plans to rehabilitate the life of two-time heavyweight champion Riddick Bow. According to the producer, Bow “earned $80 million in his career, but is now homeless and suffers from untreated injuries.”

Rampage ‘n J Productions raised its own funding and produced an hour-long pilot of the series. In that first episode, Oscar winner Sean Penn appears to help Bow recover and rehabilitate. The plan is to continue to carry over celebrity fans in future episodes.

“Lampage was even thinking about helping these iconic broken athletes hard on their own and then thinking about doing it as a series,” Silverman said. “It’s beautiful and transformative because Lamb actually helps these broken warriors come back to life, receive physical and psychological treatment, reconcile with their families and find new careers.”

Other credits for Silverman include WGA and Humanas nominations for the original Disney Channel film, Full Court Miracle.

Working with Kroos for Rampage ‘n J is Mackenzie Gabriel-Vaught, who recently joined the president of TV and Film. She previously served as vice president of programming for Chuck Roll Productions and led the sad clown production of Myrim Biarik.

In addition to “Rampage Jackson Resurrecting: Riddick,” Rampage ‘n J Productions has begun casting Project The Virgins,” a crime drama set in the Us Virgin Islands.
