Riley Kee and her grandmother, Priscilla Presley, are opposed to new allegations made by Presley’s former business partner in a lawsuit against her.
“We are aware of the latest allegations from Bridget Creuset. These claims are not true and not only are they deeply hurt, but our families have united in love and respect for each other.”
The statement states, “Our shared priorities respect the memory of Lisa Marie and respect the protection of Elvis’ legacy with dignity. We do not allow outside voices to divide us or reduce the strength of our family ties.”
The joint statement comes shortly after the Six Star emotional letters to Daisy Jones and her grandmother were published in an amended lawsuit filed this week in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The filing filed by former Presley business partners Bridget Cruze and Kevin Fialco condemn Presley for inducing, breach of contract, conversion, misappropriation of name and likeness, and intentional interference with contracts and future economic advantages.
The letter was sent to Presley in January 2023 shortly after the death of her only daughter, Lisa Marie Presley.
“Unfortunately, you are taking me to court and I am forced to legally and publicly observe my mother’s wishes, which would not have been my choice,” writes Keou. “It’s really harmful that after years of trying to settle your broken relationship with your mother and recover our family, you’re taking me to the courts of all people.”

In the letter, Keough criticized how quickly Lisa Marie’s battle with real estate erupted after her sudden death at 54 after an obstruction of the small intestine.
“Less than 24 hours after my mother passed, I learned that she was being called out about her will after receiving an email from her lawyer before she was buried.
Krause and Fialko also alleged in their amended complaint that Presley cast “excessive (financial) pressure on Elvis Presley in the spring of 1977, and ultimately “death him” on August 16th of that year.
Presley’s lawyers also denied the claim in a new $50 million civil lawsuit filed against her accusing her of leading her only daughter to early death in order to regain control of Elvis Presley’s real estate.

Singer also called for a new claim in the revised complaint “Despicable,” saying, “Priscilla had nothing to do with the assassination of JFK. She didn’t hide Area 51 and forged the moon landing.
“I’ll take off my tiny foil hat and face reality,” Singer continued in a statement to people. “The lawsuit relates to Presley’s claims against Presley (and her co-conspirators), claiming that Cruze mercilessly engaged in a campaign of elderly abuse and fraud to control Presley’s finances for her own interests. The co-conspirators are liable for the tort.”
In response, Jordan Matthews, lawyer at Holtz Matthews LLP, who represents Cruze and Fialco, said, “Obviously, Presley’s defense is to list exaggerated statements that are immaterial and nonsense. The document speaks volume in black and white. Action.”
