“One Tree Hill” actor Tyler Hilton has announced that he and his wife Megan Park have split after 10 years of marriage.
“Life Update: I’ve never been very comfortable sharing personal information about my family life, but I’ve seen enough speculation online that I thought I needed to clarify,” he shared in an Instagram announcement on Friday.
“A short time ago, Megan and I decided to end our marriage. Our children and co-parenting will continue to be our top priority,” he continued.
He ended by thanking his followers for “continuing to respect our privacy” during the transition.
Hilton, 42, and Park, who previously starred in Secrets of the American Teenager, tied the knot in October 2015 in an intimate ceremony in Malibu, California.
The couple have two children, daughter Winnie, 6, and son Benny, born in 2024.
The former couple began dating in 2006 after meeting on the set of the indie film Charlie Bartlett.
The two announced their engagement in 2014. The following year, Park, 39, told Us Weekly that their small wedding was “everything we wanted.”
“After so many years together, it was so nice to finally be able to celebrate our relationship with all of our friends and family,” she said.
“I’m glad that everyone we’ve loved over the years can finally be together in the same place to celebrate our love for each other.”
Before dating Park, Hilton dated his One Tree Hill co-star Bethany Joy Lentz.
In November 2024, he said that the actress ended her relationship with him because the cult did not approve of him.
