Kim Kardashian isn’t happy with her family’s team of psychics.
Recapping her mother Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday brouhaha on TikTok, the 45-year-old Kardashian revealed about a psychic who told her she could pass the bar exam. “All the shitty psychics that we’ve met and that we’re into, they’re all full of shit,” Kardashian said in the short clip. The short clip shows the All’s Fair actress talking into her cell phone while a make-up artist adjusts the look of her eyes.
“All of them, maybe four of them, told me that I would pass the bar, so they’re all complete pathological liars and don’t believe anything they say,” Kardashian continued.
The Skims mogul failed to pass the bar exam she took for the first time in July. She announced the results in an Instagram post on Saturday, November 8th.
“Well…I’m not a lawyer yet. I just play a well-dressed lawyer on TV,” she wrote. “It’s been six years since I started this legal journey, and I’m still fully committed to passing the bar exam. No shortcuts, no giving up, just more study and more determination.”
Kardashian has been studying law since at least 2019, when she accepted an apprenticeship at a law firm in San Francisco, which is a viable alternative to attending law school in her home state of California. In 2021, she revealed that she passed the “baby bar”, or first-year law student exam, on her fourth attempt.
“OMFGGGG, I passed the baby bar exam!!!” she wrote on X (formerly Twitter), adding, “I’m so proud of the women who look in the mirror and look back at who they are today. For those of you who don’t know about my journey through law school, I want you to know that it wasn’t easy and it wasn’t given to me.”
She is also active in criminal justice reform advocacy, successfully campaigning for the release of Dawn Jackson, a New Jersey woman who was imprisoned for 25 years for the murder of her abusive step-grandfather. In December 2024, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy commuted Jackson’s sentence, saying that Kardashian deserved “tremendous credit” for her efforts on Jackson’s behalf.

In 2025, Kardashian completed her law firm study program, which took her six years instead of the usual four due to the coronavirus pandemic and her work schedule. “Six years ago, I took an unconventional path to pursue my dream of becoming a lawyer,” she wrote on Instagram. “It wasn’t easy and it took longer than planned, but I never gave up. Each course had moments of doubt, tears, and triumph, especially when I overcame the challenges I was initially afraid of.”
This isn’t the first time Kardashian has turned to the occult for guidance. On a February episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim said she “always” hears the same message from her father, the late Robert Kardashian Sr., when she seeks spiritual guidance from a medium.

“I think as a mother, you just want to see your baby grow. Every time I go to a medium or something, they always say, ‘Dad’s coming to tell you you can’t stop North. She wants a big career and you won’t be able to stop that,'” she said. “Everyone has been telling me that for years.”
In 2019, Kardashian invited Long Island Medium star Teresa Caputo to her Calabasas home to give a personal reading to Kardashian and her sister Khloe. Kardashian did not reveal what Caputo’s story was about, but said the experience was “probably one of the best days of my life.”
