Many fans thought Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s relationship was over, but the pair went their separate ways in early 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage and four children.
“I will forever be Kanye’s biggest fan. He is the father of my children. Kanye will always be family,” the reality star told Andy Cohen in June 2021, four months after filing for divorce.

damon thomas
Modern Kardashian fans may be surprised to learn that in 2000, at age 19, Kardashian eloped with Damon Thomas, a music producer whose credits include Babyface, Faith Evans, and Tyrese. Kardashian has since claimed that she was high on ecstasy in the lead-up to the ceremony, and their marriage did not end on good terms.
“He said he wanted to know where I was at all times,” Kardashian claimed in her 2003 divorce, which was finalized in 2004. Ms. Kardashian’s subsequent boyfriend, Ray J, pursued her even though she was married to Thomas, and eventually claimed that she had an affair with him.
Ray J
Well, we all know how this ends. Kardashian and Ray J reportedly met in 2005 while working for Kardashian’s sister, singer Brandy. Here’s Ray’s book, “The Death of a Cheating Man: What Every Woman Needs to Know About a Straying Man.” This book is about Kardashian’s relationship with a woman he calls “KK” – clever talk, Ray, here we go.
“To be honest, it all started off wrong. We knew each other well before we started dating and were attracted to each other, but she was married… She let me know that she wanted to be with me. As soon as we started having sex, she left her husband and left me, and the relationship between us quickly became intense. After that, I felt obligated to be with her.”
The book also claims that the two had been cheating on each other, adding that her extreme jealousy, which included phone tapping, led to the breakdown of their relationship.
The rest of it is a matter of public record. In 2007, a tape of Kardashian and Ray J making a sexcapade was released to the public by porn company Vivid Entertainment. Kardashian initially filed a lawsuit to block her release, but the case was eventually settled.
At least Kardashian learned that one drug in particular just wasn’t right for her. “I did Ecstasy once and got married. I did it again and made a sex tape. All the bad things are going to happen,” she said on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” in 2018. She has since also called Ray a “pathological liar.”
Nick Lachey
As Perez Hilton recalled in Page Six’s 2017 oral history of the Kardashian sex tape, Kardashian was “the first woman Nick Lachey was seen on a date with after he broke up with Jessica[Simpson]. It was just one date, and of course, that date was conveniently photographed by paparazzi. You wonder how they found out!”
Former In Touch Weekly editor Kevin Dixon said: “It was one of the early stunts that backfired. We tried to get her to fk Nick Lachey so he could be a celebrity girlfriend. They tried to get him to come over, so they went to dinner somewhere in the North Valley and they took the paparazzi there. But our paparazzi told all the other paparazzi.” (Kardashian’s team denies this.)
nick cannon
Kardashian and Cannon briefly became an item. The “Masked Singer” host may have accidentally soured his relationship with Mariah Carey by saying this in 2014 and needlessly adding, “So many people have been like that since me.” Months later, Page Six reported, “The hospitalization reportedly humiliated Carey, and[her and Cannon’s]relationship never recovered.”
Things also ended badly between Kardashian and Cannon. In 2007, the Post reported that the two studiously ignored each other when they appeared at the same fashion event.

Kardashian and Reggie dated on and off from 2007 to 2010. Their reunion was controversial, and Life & Style reported at the time that up until her wedding to Kris Humphries in August 2011, Bush still had feelings for Kardashian, sending her “messages telling her he was making mistakes and that he was the one for her,” as well as text messages and voicemails.
However, Kanye West’s ex Amber Rose claimed in 2012 that Kardashian had cheated on her with Bush, labeling her a “home wrecker.”
“Kim is one of the main reasons me and Kanye aren’t together,” she told Star magazine. “She’s a home wrecker…They were cheating on me and Reggie with each other.”
Cristiano Ronaldo
Page Six reported in April 2010 that soccer star Ronaldo and Kardashian were dating while Kardashian was on vacation in Madrid, adding that they met at an event at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Sadly, by August he had moved on to Irina Shayk, and Page Six denied rumors that he and Kardashian were back together.
Miles Austin
In July 2010, Page Six reported that “Kim and Miles seemed very happy.” “They were chatting all night. He’s a pretty shy, reserved guy, so he’s perfect for her.”
By September, Kimyles had fallen out, with Page Six ominously reporting in November: “They’re not getting back together, they’re just friends. And she’s not dating Kanye West either.”
Michael Copon
In October 2010, the line between reality and reality TV became even more blurred when a brief and heated press debate debated whether Kardashian was actually dating “One Tree Hill” star Michael Copon. Apparently, In Touch was the source of the report that the two were a real couple, claiming, “Kim is dating Michael. They have known each other for years, but he and Kim only recently got back together.”
However, this was quickly dismissed by Copon himself, with Page Six reporting that the pair had “no chemistry at all” during the filming of a scheduled date for an episode of “Kim and Kourtney Take New York.” I can’t even remember how much of it was on the show, but Kardashian quickly moved on…
Maybe John Mayer?
In October 2010, Page Six reported that “celebrity dater John Mayer may be eyeing curvaceous Kim Kardashian,” and that the pair went out for a night out with friends “to see if they hit it off.” TMZ continued reporting the next day that the two went on multiple solo dates after the group incident.
By May 2019, Mayer had denied reports that he was dating Kourtney Kardashian. How will the world change?
gabriel aubry
Page Six, in a fit of perseverance, confirmed reports that Kardashian was dating Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubry the day after breaking the story in People in November 2010. “They started seeing each other in the last few weeks,” a source was quoted as saying at the time. “They’ve been out a few times, and he even visited her at her house in Los Angeles. Sunday’s game was the first time they felt comfortable enough to be seen together in public. It’s early days, but they’re making good progress.”
Things didn’t last long because Berry was reportedly in a bad mood, which scared Kardashian off.
Kris Humphries
By December 2010, Page Six was reporting on Kardashian and Humphries’ early relationship. “His name starts with ‘K’ and he has sisters named Krystal and Kaela, so maybe he could fit in with the Kardashians,” we presciently pointed out at the time. “They’re taking it slow, but they’re having so much fun together,” a source told The Post about the new pair less than a week ago.
Of course, everyone knows what happened. Humphries proposed to Kardashian on an episode of “KUWTK” after six months of dating, and the two married in August 2011. After 72 days, she filed for divorce. Kardashian ultimately told Andy Cohen that she knew their marriage was going to fail during their honeymoon, but before things got that bad, “I thought, ‘Oh my god, I’m 30 and I might as well just stay married.'”
Humphries explained in March 2019, “Look, I should have known what I was getting into. I was definitely naive about how much my life would change. But what really bothers me is every time people say my marriage was a sham.”
“There’s definitely a lot of things in that world that aren’t completely real. But our actual relationship was 100 percent real. When it was obvious that it wasn’t working…what can I say? It sucked.”
kanye west
West, who has long followed Kardashian, named her future partner by name in his 2012 single “Cold” and mocked Humphries, who played for friend Jay-Z’s NBA team, the Brooklyn Nets.
“And I’ll admit, I was in love with Kim/At the same time she was in love with him/That’s cool, baby, go for it/Lucky Jay didn’t take him off the team,” the lyrics read.
By June 2012, Kardashian was calling herself a “proud girlfriend,” and by the end of the year, she was pregnant with the couple’s first child, daughter North West, who was born in June 2013. West proposed to Kardashian at AT&T Stadium in San Francisco in October 2013, and the couple wed in Florence, Italy, in May 2014.
The couple gave birth to a son, Saint West, on December 5, 2015. daughter Chicago West, January 15, 2018; and Baby Psalm West, May 9, 2019.
Sadly, as has been said ever since, West’s struggles with bipolar disorder and erratic behavior were insurmountable. Reports in December 2020 claimed that Kardashian and Kanye were living separate lives. Three weeks later, Page Six confirmed the pair was done.
Kardashian officially filed for divorce from West in February 2021, and a judge declared her legally single in March 2022.
pete davidson
West admitted he wanted to be with his “wife” Kardashian despite their split, but the makeup mogul was wooed by comedian Pete Davidson after hosting SNL in October 2021.
Later that month, Davidson and Kardashian were spotted holding hands on a roller coaster, and a few days later sparked dating rumors as they went on various dates in New York.
A source told Page Six that the reality TV star was “intrigued” by the eccentric, but nothing was labeled about their apparent tryst.
Davidson then traveled to Los Angeles to celebrate his 28th birthday with Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner. The trio wore matching SKIMS pajamas, further raising questions about their relationship status.
Page Six exclusively confirmed on November 18 that Davidson and Kardashian are officially a couple.
Unfortunately, the pair broke up in August 2022 after nine months of dating, with sources saying that their work schedules made it difficult to maintain the relationship between the reality star and the comic book world.
lewis hamilton
After knowing each other for over a decade, Kardashian and F1 superstar Lewis Hamilton took their relationship to the next level in early 2026.
The pair spent a romantic weekend at Estelle’s mansion in the Cotswolds, and the reality star quietly flew in from Los Angeles on a private jet with the British athlete.
A source said Kardashian and Hamilton’s time together was “very romantic” and they even enjoyed a couple’s massage in their shared hotel room.
A month before their meeting in England, the pair welcomed in the New Year together at Kate Hudson’s star-studded party in Aspen, Colorado.
