Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner have suspiciously deleted photos taken with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from her mother’s 70th birthday party on Saturday night.
Jenner originally posted images from the star-studded party on Instagram on a merry-go-round, including a snap of her posing with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but these have now been mysteriously deleted.
As for Kardashian, she initially shared a photo of Markle posing with her and smiling for the camera. However, that photo has also been deleted from Instagram.
Page Six reached out to representatives for the Sussexes, Jenner and Kardashian for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.
The Harry & Meghan stars cheered on their friend Serena Williams at the Baby 2 Baby Gala on Saturday before heading to Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s $175 million mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif., for Jenner’s party.
Despite trying to hide their attendance, the royal couple were photographed arriving hand in hand at the soiree, which was also attended by Oprah Winfrey, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Bill Gates, Paris Hilton, Tyler Perry, Ciara and Mark Zuckerberg.
Page Six exclusively reported that royal family members were stunned that the Sussexes attended Jenner’s birthday celebrations.
“It’s very sticky,” said one palace insider who works with the royal family. “This really shows how far Harry is from the rest of his family.”
“These people may be American stars, but their sheer glitz is at odds with what Prince William is trying to do with his life and the monarchy,” the source continued.
This isn’t the first time Prince Harry and Markle have tried to control the narrative.
A source previously told Hollywood’s Page Six that they had “bad feelings” towards the couple. “People are tired of them and this behavior has become trite. She thinks she’s smarter than everyone and is in denial.”
Another source said Markle is the one in the couple who is “in control of everything.”
In another example, Ms. Markle was forced to change the name of her lifestyle brand from American Riviera Orchard to As Ever after a series of trademark setbacks.
However, Markle omitted the trademark drama when explaining her name change decision in an Instagram video, insisting: “Last year, I was like, ‘You know what? American Riviera, that’s such a great name.'” It was my neighborhood and nickname for Santa Barbara, but it was limited to things made and grown in the area. ”
The Duchess of Sussex continued that she settled on the new name after Netflix “came on board not only as a partner on the show, but as a partner in the business, which was huge.”
“So I thought about it, and I’ve been waiting for the moment to share the name we secured for 2022, and now that moment is, and it’s called As Ever,” she said.
