Khloe Kardashian says her sister Kylie Jenner was one of the “main reasons” she was able to get over ex Tristan Thompson’s second cheating scandal.
On the Season 3 premiere of her podcast Chloe in Wonderland, the Good American co-founder spoke with her sister, and the two touched on a variety of topics.
In 2021, the two talked about how they were pregnant at the same time, with Kardashian having daughter True, now 7, and Jenner having daughter Stormi, now 7. Kardashian said Jenner helped her find out her ex Tristan Thompson had fathered a child with another woman while her surrogate was pregnant with son Tatum, now 3.
“I don’t think we ever thought in a million years that we would be pregnant at the same time,” Jenner said. “We went from helping me count my birthdays to getting pregnant together. So I guess we accepted it. Yeah, we accepted.”

“I remember with all due respect. I think Kim[Kardashian]was the first, but she was a surrogate mother, so she wasn’t…” Kardashian says. “We took the shine off her real quick,” Jenner jokes.
“We did, and I remember how jealous she was that you and I got pregnant together,” Kardashian says. “Because at the time she said, ‘Why did I do that? Why didn’t I get you pregnant?’ ‘Cause at the time I was like, ‘What an experience.’ ”
Kardashian went on to say that she had no idea Jenner was pregnant, noting that her pregnancy was three months later than Jenner’s.
“And having our boys together is the best thing ever,” Jenner says. The Kylie Cosmetics founder has son Ayre, now 3, just six months before Kardashian welcomed son Tatum.
“And Kylie’s presence is one of the main reasons I felt so safe and comfortable with Tatum,” Kardashian admits. “Because Kylie was like, ‘Come on! Aye is six months older than Tatum.’ And I just started crying and I was like, ‘How did this happen?’ I can’t believe it’s happening a second time! ”
“You were like, ‘But God makes no mistakes and this was meant to happen. And now our sons can grow up together. And we had Stormi and True, and now we have Tatum and Ayre,'” Kardashian continues. “And you were so right!”
“Well, who could have planned better?” Jenner asks. “God! That’s it,” Kardashian said. “It’s crazy. It’s really crazy.”
Jenner then went on to say that Tatum and Ayre are grateful to have each other and that the two cousins are very close.
“They’re so cute. And we have to keep them sweet and sensitive, because when they’re together, they like, I just sent Khloe a video two days ago, where they go to Disneyland and they’re holding hands like this in the cart,” Jenner said, mimicking a photo with Kardashian. The area around Disneyland was like this.
“They love each other!” Kardashian says. “We want them to be sensitive and intimate,” Jenner says.
“They will. And they love each other,” Kardashian responded.
News of Thompson’s first affair with Kardashian broke just days before she gave birth to their daughter, True. Over the next few years, the pair tried to get back together, but broke up again following news that Thompson was planning to have a baby with another woman in 2021. Seven months later, Kardashian announced that she and Thompson had adopted Tatum, her second child, as a surrogate mother.
“The second time, you know, my surrogate was still pregnant with Tatum, and people didn’t know I was pregnant with Tatum yet,” Kardashian told Jay Shetty on the On Purpose podcast in May. “But I was so embarrassed that it happened again, because I thought I knew better.”
“I think people have to be patient with themselves as well,” the reality star added. “If you don’t feel responsible for your actions or what others are doing to you, that’s okay. One day you’re going to wake up. And listen, if you had seen me in my 20s, I would have criticized that person too and thought, ‘She’s really stupid. It’s going to happen again.'” I don’t blame people for their judgments. ”
