Jennifer Aniston models her perfect body in a new campaign for the Pvolve fitness system.
In an Instagram video shared Wednesday, the “Friends” alum posed for photos while holding weights, worked out in front of the camera using a body band, and goofed around with friends, all promoting Pvolve’s Longevity Bundle and Strong for Fall Challenge.
The “Horror Bosses” actress, 56, rocked her flat abs and perfectly fit physique in the clip, set to “Little Bitty Pretty One.” She also sported some chic workout looks, including black leggings and a matching crop top, a black sports bra and low-slung workout pants, and a crop top with lavender yoga pants.
“The @pvolve Fall Challenge is here and we hope you’ll join us 💪🏼🍂👊🏼🍁,” Aniston captioned the video, adding that by taking part in the challenge, people are “supporting” Women in Medicine. She described it as “a foundation that supports groundbreaking research to advance women’s health ❤️.”
Fans were stunned by the actress’ rock-hard abs and toned physique, sparking a comment thread.
One person marveled: “Look at her 😮💨🔥,” while another wrote: “Goals body 😍.”
Another agreed: “She is so incredibly beautiful. Strong, confident and radiant,” while a fourth added: “Jennifer’s body is the perfect combination of strength and elegance… an absolute inspiration! 💫.”
In a press release, Aniston and Pouvolvé shared that the campaign emphasizes “muscular health as the key to longevity” and “challenges women around the world to rethink fitness not as a short-term pursuit, but as a lifelong investment in strength, stability, and vitality.”
“Strength training has made the biggest difference for me in how I move, how I feel, everything,” Aniston said in the fitness brand’s press release, adding that the Pvolve Longevity Bundle is “a huge part of building true strength.”
The “Morning Show” actress, who is dating health guru Jim Curtis, regularly uses social media to share her workout routines and promote her strength training brand. She first partnered with Pvolve in 2023.
“Of all the workouts I’ve tried over the years, this workout has changed my body more than any other. And it’s a super fun workout that doesn’t scare me or scare me,” she explained to People at the time.
And the “Murder Mystery” star doesn’t just look good. She’s dedicated, Pvolve head trainer Dani Coleman once told Page Six Style. “Jen is really consistent in her training,” Coleman said.
