Jenni “JWoww” Farley stands by her decision to exclude her Jersey Shore co-stars Angelina Pivarnick and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro from her surprise wedding to Zach Carpinello.
In a TikTok video on Thursday, Farley said it was “frustrating” that the intimate event was “now being embroiled in retweets and tabloids about who was invited and who wasn’t.”
“If you were real friends and family, something like this wouldn’t be out in the open right now,” the 41-year-old bride said. “You would have come to me. But you cannot come to me, because then you would not be a victim of your own false narrative.”
Her scathing upload appears to be in reference to a TMZ report that claimed Pivarnick and Ortiz-Magro, both 40, were “blindsided” and “extremely upset and hurt” by not being invited to the wedding.
Farley explained that the newlyweds only wanted 50 of their closest family and friends to attend the New Jersey event.
“People who don’t talk or create stories like these anonymous threads and tabloids are the whole reason they weren’t invited,” she told her followers. “You proved my point.”
Farley claimed that anonymous people who were not invited to the wedding “ran to the tabloids and commented under the tabloids” because of “the drama.”
“You get what you deserve,” she said. “And if you keep playing the victim in your own story and keep this bullish attitude, you’ll never succeed in life.”
At the end of the video, Farley warned that she was the “wrong person to play the victim” and concluded: “These women can stay home and be miserable all by themselves. Ciao!”
Farley married Carpinello, a 31-year-old professional wrestler, on Wednesday at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge.
The couple invited 50 of their loved ones to the venue for what they thought was a special screening of her new film, “The Nanny Come.”
Farley told People that she and Carpinello wanted the ceremony to “feel authentic,” with an “intimate guest list.”
“We weren’t interested in having the biggest wedding possible,” she explained. “We wanted to share unforgettable moments with our closest family and friends. The goal was to create memories, not create art.”
Farley’s co-stars in attendance included Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Deena Nicole Cortese, Sammy “Sweetheart” Giancola and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.
According to TMZ, Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio and Vinny Guadagnino were invited but did not attend for unknown reasons.
Meanwhile, Pivarnick and Ortiz-Magro have not said anything about being barred from the wedding.
When Mr Pivarnick and Chris Larangira walked down Virgin Road in 2019, Mr Farley, Mr Polizzi and Mr Cortese infamously insulted the bride in their speeches, drawing boos from the crowd.
Pivarnick had a brief feud with the trio after the incident, which was played out on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
Ortiz-Magro appeared to nod off during a SiriusXM cast interview in April, sparking health concerns.
Shortly after, Ortiz-Magro told fans in a statement that he was dealing with “mental health struggles,” including depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety.
