Jelly Roll and Bunny Zoe have settled their divorce.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, the former lovers reached an agreement earlier this month and plan to keep many of the details confidential.
Bunny will reportedly receive a lump sum from Jerry and the two will split items such as planes, cars, homes, and various intellectual property.
The outlet also noted that the settlement has one important condition. It is a clause that prohibits one party from speaking ill of the other party.
As Page Six previously reported, Jerry (real name: Jason Deford) filed for divorce from Bunny (real name: Alisa Deford) on May 18 in Williamson County, Tennessee, where they live. The estranged couple was supposed to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary in August.
The 41-year-old musician cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their separation, writing in the filing that they “are unable to live successfully together as husband and wife.” He stated the separation date as May 9, 2026.
According to Jerry, he and the 46-year-old podcaster “accumulated certain real and personal assets and incurred certain marital debts” during their marriage.
He “expects” the couple to enter into and sign a Marital Dissolution Agreement (MDA) that sets out the division of assets and responsibility for debts.
In Tennessee, divorce based on irreconcilable differences may be granted when the parties enter into an MDA.
On June 15, the day news of the divorce broke, a moving truck was photographed at the ex-couple’s home in Franklin. Three days later, exactly one month after Jerry filed his papers, Bunny addressed the divorce in a lengthy and now-deleted episode of her Dumb Blonde Podcast.
“My husband and I intend to end our marriage on the best terms possible,” she insisted. “We’re literally trying to settle a divorce, and what? We got it done in three weeks? We got it done in two weeks?”
Bunny went on to claim that Jerry would “take care” of her financially and allow Franklin to continue to “dream”.
As for what led to their breakup, Bunny, who turned from an escort to an OnlyFans creator and retired from sex work in March 2023, claims that she and Jerry “weren’t very good at disagreeing,” and that they last had an argument on Mother’s Day (May 10).
Without giving details, Bunny admitted that during the argument, she encouraged Jerry to “file for divorce,” but lamented that she was “speaking out of anger and frustration” and that she didn’t actually want to break up.
She also admitted that the grueling IVF journey had “destroyed” her both physically and mentally. However, she revealed that they are “still having a baby together.”
Bunny said “nobody ever cheated on anyone,” but the affair did happen early in their marriage, before Jerry got sober.
Meanwhile, the Grammy winners, who have “started dating” again, spoke about their divorce later that night during a concert in Saratoga Springs, New York, a stop on their Little Us Shed tour.
He echoed Bunny’s sentiments, telling the crowd that “nobody ever cheated” and called her his “best friend” for life.
While the news of their divorce was a shock to fans, the former couple hinted that there was trouble in Paradise.
For example, Jerry stopped wearing his wedding ring and removed Bunny from his Instagram page.
Meanwhile, Bunny posted on social media about her “scumbag” ex-boyfriend, “a woman’s intuition when things don’t go well,” and “bringing the spark back.”
Jerry and Bunny renewed their vows in August 2023 at the same Las Vegas chapel where they were first married.
In recent weeks, Bunny has been spotted flirting with Calabasas Confidential star Dylan Wolfe at Jerry’s bar in Nashville. The pair continued to date and Bunny said Jerry had “no problems at all” with the 24-year-old.
Bunny, who claimed her DMs have been flooded with “blue checkmarks” since their breakup, also unveiled a new look, including breast implants and a 20-pound weight loss due to malnutrition, and announced that she had been accepted to Arizona State University.
Jerry, who has a serious criminal record and was homeless when he first met Bunny in August 2015, has consistently credited Bunny with saving his life.
The recording artist lost nearly 300 pounds and recently returned to his Christian faith.
Jerry has two children, daughter Bailey Ann, 18, and son Noah Buddy, 9, from a previous relationship.
