Jack Osbourne has slammed “crazy motherfucker” trolls who criticized his weight loss in a fiery video.
“I can’t believe I actually had to make this,” the reality star told her Instagram followers on Tuesday.
“Another article written about me and how I’m ‘sick’, ‘sickly underweight’, ‘health crisis jack’…it’s insane,” he said.
Osbourne pointed out that she hasn’t lost any weight since her appearance on the British reality show “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” 6 months ago.
“I’ve always been the same weight,” he declared. “The only difference is I shaved my beard and opted for a creepy mustache, that’s the only fucking difference.
“For the past three and a half years, I’ve been slowly but steadily losing weight,” Osbourne continued. “About three and a half years ago I got up to about 220 pounds and wanted to make some changes, so I did that.”
He asked, “What’s the big deal? I’m 5 feet 8.5 inches tall and weigh 155 pounds. I’m perfectly healthy.”
The 40-year-old ‘Portal to Hell’ alum concluded: “The fact that I even have to say this is really shocking. I’ve been getting so much crap in the press about being overweight all my life, and now the fact that I’m back to a healthy weight is going to get even more criticism? Fuck you.”
Several stars took to the comments section to send their support to Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s youngest child.
“I love you, Jack. You tell them!!!” Bob Saget’s widow Kelly Rizzo wrote, while wrestler Chris Jericho added, “Don’t listen to the haters. You’re so nice.”
Osbourne previously attributed her dramatic weight loss to lifestyle changes, from rigorous fitness training to cutting out drugs and alcohol.
During his appearance on “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here,” he lost even more weight while surviving on a basic diet of rice and beans.
In particular, her sister Kelly Osbourne has also been vocal about her weight loss in recent months.
“There’s a special kind of cruelty in hurting someone who is obviously going through something,” she wrote in February, referring to Ozzy’s death in July 2025. “I will not sit here and allow myself to be dehumanized like that!”
