This is the 20th anniversary episode of “Dancing with the Stars”, broadcast live from Hollywood!
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of “DWTS,” the show will welcome back former host Tom Bergeron as a guest judge. This will be Bergeron’s first return to the ballroom since he was fired in July 2020.
According to an ABC press release, the episode begins with a special performance choreographed by judge Derek Hough and featuring current professionals, troupes, and six original Season 1 professionals: Alec Mazo, Ashley DelGrosso, Louis van Amstel, Jonathan Roberts, Charlotte Jorgensen, and Edita Silivinska.

‘Dancing with the Stars’ Week 9 Songs and Dances:
As mentioned above, this week is the “DWTS” 20th birthday special, so each star will individually dance to songs used in iconic freestyle performances from the past 33 seasons.
In addition, six of the seven stars will participate in a relay dance, exchanging professional partners and past mirror ball champions. They dance either the jive, the quickstep, or the Viennese waltz. Levitt was exempted from the relay round because he had the highest cumulative points total so far this season.
