Jenny Molen revealed that she texted her estranged husband, Jason Biggs, to tell him she was having vaginoplasty surgery shortly after they separated and moved out after 18 years of marriage.
“I thought, oh, this is crazy. Literally, the timing was scary, too, because Jason was scheduled to move out on Friday, and we weren’t planning on lining up like this,” she began on Wednesday’s episode of Kelly Ripa’s podcast, “Let’s Talk Off Camera.”
“‘I’ve had vaginal surgery,'” Mollen, 47, said with a laugh, adding that she “didn’t want to tell” Biggs, 48, about the surgery because it sounded “shady” and “weird.”
“I was down for two and a half hours. I was like, ‘Make this taste good,’ and it was horrible,” she recalled of letting the “American Pie” star know her plans.
She said, “One of the things I was glad to say to him was, “Don’t have sex for eight weeks.” ”
Moren didn’t share Biggs’ reaction to her message, but said everything looks “even” down there now.
Mr. Moren and Mr. Biggs ended their partnership in May and maintain a good relationship, a spokesperson said.
The rep added that the ex-couple is focused on raising their two sons, Laszlo, 8, and Sid, 12.
On Tuesday’s episode of the Not Thin But Not Fat podcast, the comedian told host Amanda Hirsch that his relationship with Biggs is “still, like, romantic.”
“We still love each other,” Moren insisted. “That’s different, I don’t know. This is a different type of romance. It’s like your best friend.”
The mother of two called her relationship with her ex-husband “solid” and called them “amazing” parents.
Moren admitted it was “weird” to be single again after 18 years.
But her bond with the “Loser” star will always be there.
“People would say, ‘What does it feel like?’ And I’d say, ‘I don’t know, is it the same?’ ” Mollen recalled. “Even though we live in two different places, we’re still connected. We have kids. We still talk 18 times a day about everyone’s schedules and after school and holidays.”
Moren and Biggs first met in 2007 while working on the film My Best Friend’s Girl.
By January 2008, the two were engaged. They decided to elope in April of that year.
In July 2008, Moren and Biggs renewed their vows in Napa, California.
A year before the couple broke up, Moren gushed about the “Wedding Days” actor on his birthday.
“This is a photo of us from our 30th surprise,” she wrote on Instagram in May 2025, along with an intimate photo of her beloved bird at the time.
In a since-deleted post, Moren added: “Even though we were married, I still knew very little about you, including the fact that you hated surprises. Luckily, we were able to overcome that hurdle. Happy 47th. I swear I didn’t plan anything.”
