Heidi Klum reveals new details about her barely-there 2026 Grammys look.
When the supermodel appeared on the red carpet earlier this month wearing a nude leather dress custom-molded to her curves by German designer Marina Holmanseder, her naked look instantly went viral online.
However, Klum, 52, recently revealed that she had originally planned to wear the attention-grabbing outfit at last year’s show.
“I got a different dress,” she told People magazine, “and then at the last minute I changed my mind again.”
But Klum was determined to win a Grammy, so she waited another 12 months before putting it out there.
“I thought this was a true Grammy dress because people are a little more expressive with their fashion,” the style star said.
This dress made endless headlines, but it wasn’t exactly easy to wear.
“It was very difficult to walk through it because it’s such a hard material,” Krumm admitted.
“It’s like armor, front and back. There are no slits, so you can’t make any concessions. So you can only take baby steps, tiny little baby steps,” she added. “So right now there’s a lot of fun memes going around of me running around on red carpets.”
Where is the dress now? Klum “had to preserve” its iconic look, so it’s now “back in the basement in a fancy box.”
