Erica Kirk, the new CEO of the conservative political advocacy group Turning Point USA, will be participating in an interview with opinion host Jesse Watters on Fox News and a documentary series with the cable network’s streaming sibling Fox Nation.
Kirk, whose husband Charlie Kirk was assassinated on September 10, has not given any formal interviews to television networks since then. She will appear on “Jesse Watters Prime Time” on Nov. 5 at 8 p.m. to discuss the future of Turning Point USA and the timeline of events on the day he was murdered.
Fox News is expected to announce interviews and programming on Monday.
Charlie Kirk’s death shocked a country that has become increasingly polarized, especially in politics. Fox News previously aired two special programs dedicated to his life. “Charlie Kirk: The Last Interview” streamed on Fox Nation and aired on Fox News Channel. “Charlie Kirk: In His Own Words,” which includes a 2018 interview with him, was featured on Fox Nation.
Mr. Watters will join Mr. Kirk behind the scenes at Turning Point USA’s headquarters and at the University of Mississippi stop on the “This Is the Turning Point” tour. “Jesse Watters Prime Time” will be held on October 29th in Oxford, Michigan, and will feature Kirk introducing U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance, discussing the event with students and answering questions.
The entire event will be livestreamed on Fox Nation, followed by a multi-part limited documentary series that will premiere on Friday, November 7th, featuring plenty of behind-the-scenes footage from Kirk.
