Season 3 of Euphoria has added 18 new cast members, including Trisha Paytas, Natasha Lyonne, Daniel Deadwyler, and Eli Roth. HBO’s high school drama created by Sam Levinson will return in spring 2026 with eight new episodes.
The ensemble also includes fresh faces such as Bela Podaras, Bill Bodnar, Kaylin Rice, Colleen Camp, Gideon Adlon, Hemky Madera, Homer Geer, Jack Topalian, Jessica Blair Herman, Kwame Patterson, Madison Thompson, Matthew Willig, Rebecca Pidgeon, and Sam Trammell.
Also returning to the series are Alana Ubach (Suze), Deg Furch (Mitch), Melvin Bones Estes (Bruce), Paula Marshall (Marsha), Sophia Rose Wilson (BB), and Zack Steiner (Aaron). As Variety exclusively reported in February, Dominic Fike will return as the drug-using, guitar-wielding Elliott. And Nika King, who plays Lou’s (Zendaya) mother Leslie, is set to appear in Season 3 after making headlines for her stand-up comedy, saying she couldn’t pay rent due to production delays. King was subsequently removed from HBO’s original Season 3 cast list in February.
“Euphoria” will feature the return of A-list stars including Zendaya, Hunter Schaefer, Eric Dane, Jacob Elordi, Sidney Sweeney, Alexa Demy, Maud Apatow, Martha Kelly, Chloe Cherry and Colman Domingo. Previously announced season 3 newcomers include Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaye, Toby Wallace, Sharon Stone, Rosalia, Marshawn Lynch, Darrell Britt-Gibson, Kadeem Hardison, Priscilla Delgado, James Landry Ebert, Anna Van Patten, and Asante Black.

New staff are also joining the series’ third season, including four-time Oscar-winning costume designer Colleen Atwood, who will serve as co-producer. Natasha Newman-Thomas will serve as costume designer and François Audui will serve as production designer. Hans Zimmer provided the music for the Season 3 episodes, and Labrinth, who led the music for the first two seasons, also returns.
Austin Abrams and Algee Smith are not on HBO’s cast list, and Storm Reid also announced in November that her character, Lou’s sister Gia, would not appear in season 3. Barbie Ferreira, who played Kat, left the series in August 2022. Angus Cloud, who played Fezco in the first two seasons, died in July 2023 at the age of 25.
“Euphoria” depicts a group of high school students revolving around Lu, a drug-addicted teenager. Lou must navigate intense social dynamics, family drama, and a clean life after rehab. Season 2 will air in 2022 and is HBO’s most-watched show without dragons or zombies. In its first two seasons, the show received 25 Emmy nominations and won nine awards. Season 3 is currently in production in Los Angeles after several production delays.
