From 5 year old Knicks to 86 years old!
Page Six previously reported that rapper Travis Scott was ejected from a star party at an ultra-exclusive private club on Saturday night after getting into a bottle-throwing brawl.
But as more details emerge, it’s starting to appear that NBA champion Knicks star Jordan Clarkson was also somehow involved in the mess.
However, although a melee is a melee, it is very difficult to know exactly how he got involved in the World Cup party scene at the chicken chain “Raising Cane”.
Some sources say Clarkson accidentally started a feud with Scott after making some incoherent remarks on the microphone, others say Scott was trying to protect Clarkson from other potential attackers, and still others say Scott and Clarkson were involved in their own dramas that happened to boil over at the same moment, leading to both of them being fired.
Either way, everyone seems to agree that Clarkson took the stage with that night’s performer, 50 Cent, and things got a little, um, weird.
A source said: “Clarkson was nuts. He got on stage, grabbed the microphone and was all over the room.”
Other accounts said Clarkson was saying bad things about someone from the stage, but it was unclear to whom the insult was directed.
“Clarkson was trying to show love. He was saying, ’50 is my family, we’ve been running things,'” another source said. But then, “He was saying shit in general, but I don’t know who he was saying it to…He was clearly disrespecting someone or a group of people.”
A fourth source said Clarkson “gave an awkward speech about Biggie and Tupac. He was doing East Coast, West Coast. … He went from talking trash to talking about Biggie,” which confused the audience.
We’re also hearing that others who attended the party, which included guests like Venus and Serena Williams, Christina Aguilera, Teyana Taylor, Alix Earle, Lindsey Vonn, Tate McRae, Devin Booker, and Logan and Jake Paul, even became uncomfortable.
Around the same time, for presumably related reasons, “Sicko Mode” rapper Scott was involved in a violent altercation.
The sound of bottles flying can be heard, but it is unclear whether Scott himself or the rest of the crew began firing the volley.
“Everything happened so quickly,” said a source. “It started early, but the breakup was really quick.”
Some officials said Clarkson tried to diffuse the situation.
A video obtained by TMZ shows a riot erupting as Fiddy performs his classic song “In Da Club.” The rap legend cut the music as a scuffle broke out.
Representatives for Clarkson, 50 Cent and the Raising Canes did not respond to requests for comment.
