Ciara Miller has apparently slammed Amanda Batula and West Wilson after her Summer House co-stars confirmed their romance.
In an Instagram video shared on Tuesday, Miller interviewed cast members on the season 2 premiere of the Apple TV+ series “Your Friends & Neighbors.”
Miller, who previously dated Wilson and was close friends with Batula before unfollowing them amid rumors of their relationship, captioned the upload with the sharp caption: “If you can’t trust your friends and neighbors, who can you trust?”
Among the A-list stars on the red carpet were Jon Hamm, Amanda Peet, Olivia Munn and James Marsden, all of whom will co-star in the upcoming second season.
In the first clip, Hamm asks Miller how he’s doing, to which Miller replies, “I’m feeling good,” then pauses and adds, “Well, I’m feeling a lot better.”
Otherwise, Miller seemed in good spirits as he danced on the carpet, asking the cast a variety of questions about the hit drama series.
In one clip, when asked what advice he would give to the troubled characters in the series, which revolves around the lives of upscale New Yorkers, Pete said he would “get therapy” and take Prozac, a drug commonly used to treat depression.
“I’m on Prozac,” Miller joked, and Pete said, “Good for you!” while hugging the “Summer House” star.
In the comment thread, fans didn’t miss what appeared to be jabs at Batula and Wilson. One person wrote: “Still she’s standing!👏👏,” while another added: “Booked and busy👏💛✨.”
Another said: “And she said MIC DROP.”
After weeks of speculation, the shadows emerged on the same day Wilson and Batula announced on Instagram that they were, in fact, dating.
“We’ve seen speculation online increase, so we wanted to provide some clarity while this is still very new,” they shared in a joint statement via their respective Instagram Stories on Tuesday.
“It was never our intention to intentionally hide anything. Given the complex relationship dynamics and intense scrutiny that comes with appearing on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before talking about it.”
He added: “We have supported each other as friends through the good times and the bad over the years, but what happened recently was something neither of us expected.”
The couple went on to say that their relationship was “born out of many years of true friendship” and that they “want to approach this (news) with caution.”
“As our emotions change, we wanted to take the time to understand exactly what we were feeling. We also recognized that this had an impact beyond just us, and we never wanted our actions to be perceived as hurtful or careless.”
They concluded their statement by saying, “We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect as we resolve this matter.”
