Christie Brinkley has shared a new timeless bikini snap while enjoying a tropical getaway in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The 71-year-old supermodel was photographed on Thursday rocking a black string bikini top and boy-short bikini bottoms in several mirror selfies and a short clip.
The former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model was all smiles as she styled her hair in casual beach waves, showing off her fit physique and impressive shell collection.
Her mirror was filled with seashells she had collected from luxurious places during her vacations.
Brinkley joked in the caption: “If you’re trying to distract me from the important news you see on Instagram, I’m going to shut up and you can go back to the more pressing issues of the day.”
“P.S. I made this using things I found on the beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands over 20 years ago.”
The iconic model completed her post with a series of beach-themed emojis, and her daughter Sailor Brinkley Cook, 27, was among the first to comment.
“Be careful of heatstroke,” she exclaimed, while another Instagram follower wrote: “You’re goals ❤️.”
A third commented: “Mermaid hideout… 🧜🏿♀️ 🐚 😂,” while a fourth added: “You take so much care of yourself! Such an inspiration.”
Others praised the blonde bombshell’s sea-inspired handiwork. One person wrote: “Wow so talented Christie,” while another chimed in: “Beautiful and you’re gorgeous too!”

Before twinning with her model daughter last summer in a matching trench coat and Donna Karan look, Brinkley once again reminded fans why she’s famous in a red string bikini last spring.
In two selfies taken in April, she was seen enjoying a boat ride wearing a tiny red string bikini and a colorful cover-up.
In another photo, Brinkley was seen wearing a blue ball cap and straw hat, exposing some skin and soaking up the sun.
“I’m feeling optimistic and I hope you are too! I hope you all shine in the bright sunshine someday!” she captioned a photo from the moment.
The mother of three, who has children Saylor and Jack, 30, with ex Peter Cook, and daughter Alexa, 40, with ex Billy Joel, gushed: “I can’t believe how old she is. I can’t believe it. It’s ridiculous.”
The supermodel’s timeless beauty didn’t come about without a little push. In April 2025, she also revealed the cosmetic procedures she undergoes to maintain her flawless appearance.
“I primarily do laser treatments,” she told People at the time, adding, “I’m not trying to get rid of all the wrinkles.”
She also revealed that she’s been seeing a doctor in New York City who is “trying to get fillers.” “I don’t want it to look like I’m done,” she said.
The “National Lampoon’s Vacation” actress revealed that she underwent Fraxel skin resurfacing laser treatment “because I have skin cancer and it helps remove precancerous cells,” adding that it was “mainly for health reasons” for her.
“The most beautiful thing that has happened in our beauty industry is the expansion of what we consider beautiful,” she explained to the outlet. “And that includes us “seasoned” gals. ”
