Celine Dion’s wallet has exactly the things it should be in: a microphone, dog food, and a landline phone.
On Monday, the legendary vocalist, 57, gave her Instagram followers a sneak peek of what she’s carrying in her bag. The resulting video is a comedy masterpiece.
“I live in Las Vegas,” she explained, reaching into her oversized purse and grabbing a fan. “It’s hot!”
Then she pulled out a plastic bag containing kibble and “medicine” for her 2-pound “beautiful” dog.
Next up is Mentos Mint! Dion gasped to indicate that he needed to freshen his breath “sometimes.”
The Grammy winner not only carries an “amazing” hand cream, but also an “amazing” spray sanitizer for her hands.
“One of my favorites is Byrede Blanche,” she said, sniffing the tube of lotion.
Dion then pulled out her own microphone, saying, “Just in case…people ask (her) to sing ‘Happy Birthday.'”
“I’m ready!” she insisted before launching into Nat King Cole’s “Unforgettable.”
“You need a lot of balls to pick up a microphone and pretend you’re holding a microphone,” she added cheekily, picking up two pool balls from the pool table in front of her.
While belting out a portion of Cher’s “Believe,” Dion knocked out a stone with the word “Believe” carved into it.
She then held up the VIP badge from her world tour “Courage” and explained, “It takes a lot of courage to carry your VIP freak badge like this. Because when you buy things, people ask, ‘Are you really that?'”
She continued to sing the notes that definitely caught the 2-pound dog’s attention.
Dion quipped, “That happens to[her]a lot.”
“They don’t believe it’s me, so I take my old phone with me,” the songstress said, pulling out a rotary phone. “And I thought, ‘Okay, I’m going to arrest you, and I’m going to call 9-1-1 and ask for help.’
Dion then stated, “Las Vegas is dry,” and applied pale pink lip gloss, urging fans to “stay hydrated.”
The segment ended with her singing into a microphone and picking up her bag, only for the item to fall off and land on the floor.
