He’s not really spreading cheer.
Bill Belichick was spotted looking unhappy while cheering on his much younger girlfriend Jordon Hudson at a cheerleading competition.
According to a photo posted on X Tuesday, the North Carolina Tar Heels head coach attended Hudson’s performance at the Cheer Extreme All-Stars event this weekend.
Belichick, 73, kept a low profile while sitting in the stands at the frenetic spectacle in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The former NFL coach, wearing an oversized gray hoodie, watched from the sideline and seemed unimpressed.
Hudson is a member of Code Black, a three-time world champion coed cheerleading team.
She was seen wearing the team’s dazzling black mesh cheer uniform and with her hair styled into a high ponytail secured with a red scrunchie.
In a YouTube video of her cheer routine, Hudson could be seen dancing, jumping, and somersaulting with her teammates.
Multiple internet sleuths flooded the comments section of the clip, mocking Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend.
One person commented on the video: “There shouldn’t be an age limit here.”
“Bill please stop tarnishing your legacy challenge (it’s impossible),” another person wrote.
“Belichick is here,” a third person chimed in.
Earlier this month, Hudson was spotted in the VIP suite at Belichick’s Tar Heels vs. Stanford Cardinals game in Chapel Hill.
Hudson appears to be estranged from Belichick’s daughter-in-law Jennifer Schmidt, who is married to Belichick’s son Stephen.
The icy moment came months after Schmidt criticized Hudson for awkwardly interrupting a “CBS Sunday Morning” interview in which he was asked about how the couple met.
In April, Nikki Glazer commented on the exchange that made headlines at the time in a social media post: “100% this is it.[Jordan]is a publicist. This is what publicists do during interviews. People are out for blood.”
In response, Schmidt said, “Publicists act in a professional manner and do not ‘raid’ filming locations to delay interviews.”
Belichick defended Hudson’s outburst, explaining in the interview that “selectively edited clips and still images from just a few minutes of the interview were presented that suggest a false story that Jordan was trying to control the conversation, which is simply not true.”
But sources confirmed to Page Six that Hudson is in control of Belichick’s “brand.”
“This is amateur time and it’s showing,” the source said. “They don’t know what they’re doing and they’re trying to control everything. They don’t trust anyone else. He’s handing her the ball.”
The person added that Hudson is “the CEO of Belichick and serves in all roles within the organization.”
The two met on a plane in 2021, but it wasn’t until 2024 that they admitted they were dating. Since then, the two have continued to appear together in public.
