Goldberg appeared in court in West Palm Beach, Florida, on charges of attempted first-degree murder and domestic assault, and Circuit Court Judge John Parnofierro handed down the sentence Thursday, Court TV reported. “Based on the record, we find no evidence to support these illnesses beyond a reasonable doubt.
