Originally from Mattel and spent 20 years at Disney and Marvel, Josh Silverman is employed as president of global product and experience. Silverman will join the company on October 6, 2025 and report to President of Paramount Skydance Jeff Shell. Skydance Media’s $8 billion acquisition of Paramount Global closed in early August. Silverman oversees the company’s consumer products, live experiences, publishing, partnerships and e-commerce.
