Alix Earle denied rumors that they broke up after Braxton Berrios missed last week’s Season 34 finale of Dancing with the Stars.
Over the weekend, the influencer shared a “Get Ready With Me” video on TikTok, giving a “post-‘DWTS’ update” on the final episode of the dance competition.
In the comments section of the post, a fan wrote, “Hmm, I wish you and Braxton were still together,” to which Earl, 24, replied, “He never got to come to football :(.”
Berrios, who plays for the Houston Texans, played a home game against the Buffalo Bills on November 20th and an away game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
The three-hour live finale of “DWTS” was filmed on Nov. 25 in Los Angeles.
The 30-year-old wide receiver was unable to attend, but offered words of encouragement to his girlfriend in a pre-recorded video that aired during the season finale on Nov. 25.
“I’ve seen you put everything into it from the moment you started, and I think it shows,” Berrios said in the clip.
“Good luck. Have fun, baby,” he added.
Earl ultimately lost the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy to Robert Irwin and his partner Whitney Carson.
However, the podcaster appreciated the close bond she and dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy formed during the season.
“Being able to dance every day is so amazing and so fulfilling and therapeutic. And having such an amazing best friend who always cheers me on and supports me every day is so amazing,” she told E! Announcement after the live finale.
Berrios and Earl first became romantically involved in May 2023, after Berrios split from ex Sofia Culpo a few months earlier.
The two officially began their romance in October 2023, in honor of the NFL star’s 28th birthday.
A PDA-filled Instagram post showed a bikini-clad construction heiress and a shirtless former Miami Dolphins player making out on the beach.
Berrios picked Earl up with his legs and arms wrapped around his body, showing off his strong arms.
“Hbd NFL Man,” she captioned the post.
