Nicholas Brown was ordered to cut his liquor after pleading not guilty to a DU-disability charge in New Hampshire late last month.
The “ShareAlike” star was ordered to suspend “alcohol use and use of drugs or controlled substances” according to documents obtained by people on Thursday, according to his bail terms.
Coincidentally, he is the owner of Rays Bar, a well-known celebrity hotspot in New York City, and is Pebble Bar, S&P Ranch and Jack’s Bond.
According to the outlet, Brown’s scheduled arrest on Tuesday was cancelled and a trial could occur in January.
His rep was not immediately available on page 6 for comments.
The actor, 37, was charged with a misdemeanor and breached on August 29th for operating a car without a light.
Brown was arrested around 11:15pm and was locked up at the Carroll County Jail for nearly an hour before being released, TMZ reported.
No mug shots of Brown have been taken as police cameras are not working properly when they are booked.
The insider told Page 6 that the “Sky High” star was visiting for the wedding.
The actor became famous when he starred in the HBO series Supens as Greg Hirsch, known as “Cousin Greg.”
Brown appeared in four seasons of dramas from 2018 to 2023 and was nominated for three Emmy Awards in the category of outstanding supporting actors in the drama series.
He is also known for his appearances in the 2009 Disney film “Princess Protection Program,” the 2012 drama “Being a Wallflower,” the 2016 film “How To Single,” and the 2023 film “Cat Person.”
