Who is hosting Emmy?

Comedian Nate Bargatze hosts Emmy. The 46-year-old comic previously hosted “Saturday Night Live” twice.

On Thursday, Bargatze shared the video on Instagram and rolled out the official carpet.

He writes:

A day ago, during “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Funnyman said he would donate $100,000 to the American Boys and Girls Club after the ceremony.

Seth Rogen’s Katherine O’Hara and Chase Sui wonder in the “studio.”

However, the total amount depends on whether the winner will survive the allotted time during the speech or go under the allotted time.

“Everyone gets 45 seconds to do all their gratitude,” explained Bargatze. “So what I came up with is that I donate $100,000 to the Boys & Girls Club… That’s the first thing on the show. Whenever everyone is using 45 seconds, if someone goes, we take $1,000 per second for every time they go.”

“If you go down, we’ll just get $1,000 back,” he added. “So you can give it back! I know people work hard for Emmies and stuff, so I feel bad, but that’s (the plan).”
