Savannah Chrisley is “devastated” by the death of Charlie Kirk.
The reality star spoke about the 31-year-old assassination in a tearful video on Wednesday, calling it a “lifelong friend” who appeared during the “hardest” years of her life.
“[He]made me feel like the person who spoke to me as a woman has the power to show up in this world,” the 28-year-old Chrow Up Chrisley alumni said in emotional footage.

I’m paralyzed. I can’t believe even writing these words. Charlie Kirk has changed my life… He brought me to the Turning Point family last year, and I was supposed to be standing next to him at all colleges this October. Instead, I sit here with a broken, broken heart beyond words. Charlie wasn’t just a leader or a young voice… he believed in Christ. His faith fixed everything he did. And while we lost him here, he is now fighting for all of us, and knows for sure that he stands boldly before the Lord, as he was here on earth. He trusted me and my family, when the world turned away. He saw the potential and told us his life, reminding us that even if he could not see it himself, God still had a plan. Such beliefs will change you forever. Then remove politics… Charlie was a young man, husband and father. He left a lot of life to live. My heart hurts Erica and her children. There are not enough words to fill the space that his love once had. Charlie… you changed America. You changed me. You changed my family. My friend, please rest easily. Heaven has won a warrior
