Spoiler Alert: The next story contains details about the documentary “aka Charlie Sheen,” which premiered on Netflix on September 10th.

Charlie Sheen is back.

A kind of thing.

Not only is the actor calm for almost eight years, he also tells his story in the new two-part Netflix documentary series, “aka Charlie Sheen.”

Andrew Renzi (“Pepsi, Where My Jet”), “aka” documented the fame of the scene in the 1980s and 90s, and in 2011 he recorded his horrifying, very public drug fuel meltdown.

“It’s a bit difficult to watch, but I think it’s important to watch,” the scene, who turned 60 on September 3, told me at Doc’s premiere at the Tudum Theatre in Hollywood on Thursday. “Let’s chart the pass on the course that doesn’t make such a decision and doesn’t wind up anything that looks like that again.”

Also walking down the carpet was his ex-wife, Dennis Richards, Heidi “Hollywood Madame” Fleece, and Marco, former drug dealer of Sheen.

With an incredible twist of circumstances, Marco played a pivotal role in clearing up the scene.

“What we don’t know is that he’s a really close friend to his drug dealer, and his drug dealer is one of the reasons why he’s calmed down,” Renzi said. “Charlie’s father (Martin Sheen) and Charlie’s therapist approached Marco and said, ‘Can you help me get him off the drugs?” So he stopped giving him strong drugs.

The scene says, “It’s like a moon landing of solution in that insanity. It makes sense to give that shot.”

And it makes sense to reach out to Marco to be in the documentary. “Lenzi and I were talking about it, but “Has the documentary about drugs and insane behavior ever included an actual dealer for this person?” We couldn’t think of an example, so Renzi was like, ‘Do you think he’d do that?'” the scene recalled. “I called him and asked him, and he said, “I’ll sit with Renzi for an hour, and I’ll let you know.”

Several members of Sheen’s family, including two of his five children and his brother Estevez of Rome, were refused participation by his father, Martin Sheen and brother Emilio Estevez. “A year ago Renzi and I showed rough cuts of some episodes, and they both loved it, and they explained, “This is your story. We don’t want to get in the way,” Charlie explained. “Dad was so pleased with everything in his archives, so ‘It’s quite representative enough that you have me,’ he said. ”

Martin and Emilio saw the final cut. “I received the most lovely message from Emilio, one of the greatest messages I’ve received from someone,” Renzi said.

Sheen sparkled when he asked him about his relationship with his family today.

Sheen’s “Two and a half men” co-star Jon Cryer appears in Doc, but Sheen hasn’t spoken to him for quite some time. While show creator Chuck Lore killed the character in Sheen, the actor said he loves the on-screen reunion of their hit CBS sitcom. “It’s wild and I’d like to do it,” he said. “I think it would be a gift for the fans… Personally for me, it put the bookend to close that and how it should have been.”

Next week’s Doc premiere coincides with the release of Sheen’s memoir, The Book of Sheen. The “Platoon” star admitted that during his aggressive addiction he had thought he would be better off dead.
