Kelly Wolf is prohibited from direct or indirect contact with her estranged husband, Scott Wolf, and their children.
On August 28, the judge issued a new protection order for “Real World: New Orleans” alumni after sharing Scott’s phone number on social media, people reported Monday.
For each document obtained by the outlet, Kelly is not permitted to contact the “Party of Five” star or three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, Lucy, 11.
Kelly, 48, cannot “try to commit or threaten any form of violence” against Scott or her children, such as “stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or other forms of abuse that could cause physical damage.”
She is also required to stay at least 300 feet away from the actor and is permitted to contact him only during a meditation session where she is scheduled to be a “court-qualified mediator” in regards to divorce or custody of the child.
Kelly is also prohibited from using drugs or alcohol until her next hearing on September 10th. She is only allowed to visit the family home with the police officer to pick up her belongings.
Scott, 57, will also continue to hold temporary, sole custody of his three children.
This latest development of the couple’s messy division comes after Kelly was arrested on August 26 for electronic communication harassment and digital disclosure of personal identification information.
Earlier in the day, she was sharing a series of strange Instagram uploads that called Scott “the most hated man on earth.”
Kelly said, “Send the kids now!!! There’s no better game. This is war. This is my last chance before I go to the press.”
She then posted the actor’s phone number and wrote, “Let’s put the dimples in my press.”
Kelly was booked at the Summit County Jail in Park City, Utah, before being released two days later.
At the time, her ex claimed she received a “barbuilt of calls and text messages from unknown people” after sharing her phone number on social media.
Response officers estimated in the report that Scott received “for 24 calls and multiple texts in the first 10 minutes from the first call.”
Married in 2004, Scott and Kelly were caught in a nasty battle after filing for divorce in June. He also dropped it after submitting a restraining order against his marginalized wife.
Since then, she has been placed on several unwilling holds at Utah Hospital and is said to have not seen her child in months.
