Sharon Osbourne reflected on her late husband Ozzy Osbourne’s life and accomplishments on the first anniversary of his death.

The former “Talk” host said he wants people to remember the musician as “funny, charismatic and real.”

“As Ozzy used to say, ‘When you want to remember me, turn your music loud, as loud as you can, and just head bang,'” she recalled in a new interview with the BBC.

Sharon said Ozzy was “real” and “never tried to be anything other than who he was.”

“He told me the truth about everything, and that’s who he was. You knew where you were with him,” she recalled.

“He was really genuine, very genuine and funny,” the former reality star, 73, added.

“So we could have had the worst argument in the world, but he would say something so ridiculous that we would end up laughing and we would just break it off right away,” Sharon recalled.

Sharon and Ozzy’s youngest daughter Kelly Osbourne also wrote a lengthy letter in honor of her father’s death anniversary, describing how her “world changed forever” when the Black Sabbath frontman passed away.

“Today I sit next to you in a way I never thought possible. I know you are still with me. I feel you in the silence, in the wind, in every song that stops me, in the scent of your cologne, and in every moment when love outweighs sadness. You are all around me,” she wrote on Instagram.

“The hardest thing is not that you’re gone. The hardest thing is not being able to touch you. I can’t hold your hand. I can’t put my arms around you and feel the security that only you can give me,” the former “Fashion Police” host, 41, added.

“I always thought life was hard, but life without you was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to endure,” she wrote on Instagram. Instagram/Kelly Osbourne

Kelly concluded her letter by saying that her heart “hurts every day” but that it was her “greatest honor” to have “loved someone so completely.”
