PK Kemsley is furious with his estranged wife Dorit Kemsley for taking a sabbatical in Europe during the “economic crisis”.
In Monday’s court filing, PK claimed her ex-husband had been missing for “at least three weeks” without their two children.
He claimed that Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10, are staying in Florida with Dorit’s parents and nanny, and that the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star “has not informed the children, the nanny, or (PK) of her return date.”
In court documents obtained by Page Six, PK argued that the trip “demonstrates that she is prioritizing personal travel over addressing the immediate economic crisis facing her family.”
The pair could face foreclosure on their Los Angeles home, with PK’s lawyers claiming the risks have “escalated.”
The filing accused Dorit of “uncooperation, breach of promise, and malicious conduct that unnecessarily aggravated the situation.”
As first reported by TMZ, PK, 58, also accused Dorit, 50, of sabotaging her children’s summer travel plans by revoking their passports.
The British businessman claimed he knew he wanted to take his son and daughter across the pond this summer.
Dorit’s representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
PK slammed Bravolebrity’s spending in May, claiming he spent more than $1 million on branded merchandise during a financial crisis.
Dorit alleges in court documents that she spent more than $995,270 in “wardrobe-related expenses” between December 2024 and March 2026.
He cited specific charges at the time: $69,000 each at Louis Vuitton and Chanel, $38,000 at Hermès and $22,000 at Saint-Honoré.
She wrote on Instagram in June, “Do I like fashion? Yes. Do I spend a lot of money on clothes? Expensive clothes? Designer clothes? Yes. It’s my choice. It’s my money too. It’s my money I earn and I work for. Not his money.”
The reality stars announced their separation in May 2024 after nearly 10 years of marriage.
“In order to protect our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children, we have mutually made the difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship, putting our children first,” the joint statement said.
Dorit filed for legal dissolution of the union in April of the following year.
As their controversial breakup intensified, PK moved on with his new girlfriend, Tatyana Kharchilava. She has been talked about for her striking resemblance to Dorit.
