Two new cast members have been added to Amazon Prime Video’s TV version of “Miracle Probability.” Variety has exclusively learned that Brian Tee and Ben Feldman are set to star in the series, which is based on the novel of the same name by Wendy Wonder.
Production on the series is currently underway in Vancouver, with the series ordered for Prime Video in December 2025. Cast members announced so far include Melissa Collazo, Henry Eikenberry, Ginnifer Goodwin, Michaela Watkins, Georgia Acken, and Emma Innes.
The series’ logline states:
“The series follows Campbell Cooper (Colazo), a bitter teenager dying of cancer, who, after receiving a terminal diagnosis, moves with his mother (Goodwin) and sister to the town of Promise, where miracles are said to occur. However, Cam doesn’t believe in miracles. How could she, when science says she is certain to die? But as she spends her summer in this quirky and mysterious town, she discovers that miracles – and falling in love – still exist, no matter how unlikely they seem.
Tee will reprise her role as Izzy, described as “a down-to-earth, passionate, yet soft-spoken head chef and Alicia’s (Goodwin) boyfriend.” Feldman will guest star as Dr. Handsome, who is described as “Cam’s particularly handsome oncologist.”
Tee previously starred in Season 3 of Amazon’s Reacher and had a major role in the Amazon series The Expats, opposite Nicole Kidman. His most famous television role was when he starred as Dr. Ethan Choi in the first eight seasons of the hit NBC drama Chicago Med. In film, he is known for his roles in films such as House of Dynamite, Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift, Wolverine, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.
He is repped by Verve, Authentic and Behr Abramson Levi Johnson.
