Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, and her father, Will Robinson, are leaving the Bravo star’s home after being granted dual temporary restraining orders following an alleged violent altercation.
As of Thursday, Victoria and Will have been ordered to leave the “Vanderpump Rules” star’s Los Angeles home, according to documents obtained by Page Six.
According to the document, the father and daughter can vacate the residence “immediately, taking only their personal clothing and belongings necessary for the hearing.”
The order states that Victoria and Will must stay 100 yards away from the reality star, which includes staying away from his home, work, and car.
They are also prohibited from obtaining or possessing firearms.
Page Six can exclusively confirm that the temporary restraining order expires on July 16, when another restraining order hearing is scheduled.
TMZ first revealed the news on Thursday.
Representatives for Victoria and Will could not be reached for comment, and representatives for Sandoval did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The outlet reported earlier Thursday that Sandoval, 43, had filed for a restraining order on June 3 after he was arrested the same day on suspicion of assaulting Victoria, 33. Victoria also bonded and was released on June 3 after a restraining order was issued.
Robinson was scheduled to appear in court Thursday, according to inmate records.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, a former bartender at SUR claims that after drinking one night, an argument broke out with Will, during which Victoria’s father cut a gaping hole in their spare bedroom and grabbed Sandoval.
He claimed that after he barricaded himself in a room, Victoria entered and punched him, leaving visible wounds on his ear and neck, and the blow allegedly blurring his vision.
“I was punched by (Mr Robinson) that night, which left me with bruises around my temple and eyebrow and bleeding from my ears and neck,” he claimed.
He went on to say, “I had been having pain in my mouth for two weeks, so I went to the ER to get evaluated.”
Sandoval also said he “deeply regrets” the decision to post bail after receiving a call from Victoria’s mother from the jail.
The reality star claimed that the violence was rampant during their two-year relationship, with Victoria punching him, throwing a full bottle of Gatorade at him, and yelling abuse at him.
He also claimed Victoria and Will continued to live in a house he rented at his own expense after the alleged encounter and that he had since been “fully evacuated”.
Sandoval claimed he had since been staying in a hotel with friends and wrote that he was “extremely concerned” for his “safety and well-being.”
“I am truly afraid to return to (the residence) while (Robinson) and her father remain there, and there is no alternative long-term accommodation,” he wrote, according to court documents.
Sandoval and the model (who was also rumored to be dating Leonardo DiCaprio at one point) began dating in 2024, almost a year after his split from Ariana Madix.
A source told TMZ in February 2024 that the two had been dating for about a month.
In December 2024, there were rumors of a breakup after Victoria appeared to accuse the Bravo star of cheating on her in a social media upload, but Sandoval subsequently removed Victoria’s photo from his profile.
Victoria later recanted her claims and apologized for her “genuine misjudgment.”
