Kelly Osbourne has vulnerablely opened up about the “pain” of losing her late father Ozzy Osbourne in a Father’s Day tribute.
“Dad, I still find myself looking for you in every moment, for the advice I need, the joke I want to tell, the victory I want you to see,” the TV personality wrote on Instagram on Sunday, alongside a throwback photo with the Black Sabbath frontman.
“The pain of not seeing you is the price of loving you. I would pay that forever more than never be your child!” she added.
“I miss you so much. I’m honored to spend the rest of my life loving you. Until we meet again! 💔”
Additionally, the 41-year-old “Fashion Police” alum posted on her Stories a sweet screenshot text she received from Ozzy before he passed away.
“Yeah, when I feel bad and miserable, all I have to do is watch the video you sent me of little Sid taking a bath, and I’m so happy it all goes away,” the musician said, referring to Kelly’s son Sydney, whom she welcomed with Sid Wilson in 2022.
“Both of you were still here,” Ozzy continued. “I really love you both, and all I want is for you both to be happy.”
In the text, the “Paranoia” crooner explained that he also no longer signed on to live music gigs because he needed “more health.”
Ozzy tragically passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 76.
“It is with sadness that words cannot fully convey that we must announce that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne passed away this morning,” the family said in a statement at the time.
“He was with his family and surrounded by love,” they added.
Ozzy suffered from Parkinson’s disease until his death, which he revealed in 2020.
Ozzy and his wife Sharon Osbourne have daughters Kelly Osbourne and Amy Osbourne, 42, and son Jack Osbourne, 40.
He was also the father of Elliot Kingsley, 60, Jessica Osbourne, 47, and Louis Osbourne, 51, his son with ex-wife Thelma Riley.
The former lovers were married from 1971 to 1982.
