Jane Seymour is happy to grow old without any help.
The 75-year-old Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman alum revealed that her secret to aging naturally is as simple as “no lasers” and “no fillers.”
“This is what happens,” she exclusively told Page Six at the 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala earlier this month, admitting that she’s not “trying to turn 30 when[I’m]75.”
“So maybe 60 is a good time,” she joked.
“I’ve played a lot of older women,” Seymour explained. “And the truth is, for me personally, the acting I do is not about glamor, but rather about serious emotions, and every muscle needs to be engaged to express authentic emotions.”
The former Bond girl also celebrated various milestones in her career and personal life, saying she was the happiest she had ever been.
“I’m on season five of my favorite show, Harry Wilde,” she said. “Does anyone have a series at 75? No one does. I’m starting a great film in Australia later this year. I’m doing a one-woman art show in New Jersey. My family is amazing and I’m surrounded by music.”
Seymour presented her new watercolor collection at the “Vivid Visions and Healing Hearts” exhibit June 12-14 at Ocean Gallery in Stone Harbor, New York.
Among her professional accomplishments, Seymour is also celebrating her recent engagement to singer-songwriter John Zambetti after three years of dating.
Elsewhere on the red carpet, the Emmy winner told Us Weekly, “Someone decided that he wanted to be with me for the rest of his life. My singer-songwriter.”
Seymour told Page Six that Zambetti is “still writing music, but now I’m his muse. So now we have a singer-songwriter in the house, which is great.”
This will be Seymour’s fifth time walking down the aisle.
She was previously married to theater director Michael Attenborough from 1971 to 1973, writer Jeffrey Planer from 1977 to 1978, business manager David Flynn from 1981 to 1992, and actor James Keach from 1993 to 2015.
The “Battlestar Galactica” actress first debuted her romance with Zambetti on Instagram in October 2023.
