Jellyroll and Bunny Xo remain friends until the wheels come off.
The rapper, who filed for divorce from the podcaster on May 18, uploaded a video to YouTube on Friday titled “The Divorce Vlog.”
In the video, Jelly Roll (real name Jason Bradley Deford) says to the camera, “Oh, you thought we were all going to hate each other, right? Plot twist, asshole!”
The 41-year-old then promised to give her a “hot cup of tea about the divorce” and hung up on Bunny, 46, on the other end of the line.
“Mama Bear, tell me where it is,” he says out loud as Bunny promotes the latest episode of her podcast, “Dumb Blonde.”
On Thursday’s podcast episode, the author, whose real name is Alisa Carter, revealed how their breakup happened.
Bunnie said that during an argument on Mother’s Day, she “looked” at her then-partner and said, “Okay, just file for divorce.”
The Grammy winner addressed his wife’s threats.
Despite going their separate ways romantically, Bunny Zoe, who has been open about her IVF journey, said she and Jelly Roll remain close friends and are still having a baby together.
The former escort added that the breakup is “not going to prevent” her and the “Save Me” crooner from continuing their journey to parenthood, which includes IVF treatment.
Jelly Roll is already a father to daughters Bailey, 18, and Noah, 9.
On Monday, news broke that the country singer had filed papers to end their nearly 10-year marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce.
The former lovers, who lived together in Williamson County, Tennessee, agreed to divide their assets and debts.
Photographers captured a moving van outside Bunny and Jelly Roll’s mansion in Tennessee on Monday, but it’s unclear who left the property.
Jelly Roll and Bunny, who are currently dating again, married in Las Vegas in August 2016 before splitting in 2018.
After reconciling, the two renewed their vows in 2023.
“The sand castle had to crumble in order to rebuild on solid ground,” Bunny Zaw said in a TikTok video at the time.
Jelly Roll previously admitted that he had an affair with Bunny before she got drunk.
In her memoir “Stripped Down,” published in February, Bunny said that Bunny’s betrayal made her consider suicide.
“It will take years to put the extramarital affair aside,” she wrote. “It’s going to be years before I actually feel like this man loves me and that I’m not disposable.”
