Jordyn Woods is certified in Expressive Arts.
But did she really predict the New York Knicks’ historic NBA championship win before the season even started?
Woods, who is currently engaged to Knicks forward Karl-Anthony Towns, teamed up with Amazon earlier this year to launch a sporty “Game Day” capsule collection that includes bold predictions.
The sweatshirt ($50), which she highlighted on her Instagram Story Sunday night after the team’s Game 5 win against the San Antonio Spurs, read “New York Knicks” and “This is our year.”
Woods reflected on the design with the caption, “My @amazon collection from earlier this year😭’This is our year,'” on an Instagram screenshot.
Before 2026, the Knicks hadn’t been to the NBA Finals since 1999. And before that, they hadn’t won since 1973.
However, the famous WAG had full faith in her future husband and his teammates and started this collaboration in December 2025. The team was about to defeat the Spurs in the Omen Tournament and win the NBA Cup.
Woods has made headlines all season for his blue and orange fashion choices, often recreating Towns’ name on custom items or opting for team-colored designer shoes and bags to add a quirky spin to his sideline attire.
A fan recently pointed out that she wore the same “lucky bag” to nearly every game the Knicks won. It was a bright orange ostrich clutch bag ($125) from her Woods by Jordyn line.
During Game 3, President Donald Trump’s bag restrictions forced her to leave her bag at home, resulting in the Knicks losing, and fans were left to fully believe the superstition.
With his clutch return in Game 5 and subsequent championship and match wins, Woods appeared to bring the magic.
