Oliver Tree made creepy comments about his will plans just weeks before he died in a tragic helicopter crash.

“I don’t think that wealth or anything that comes from it is mine,” the singer said on “The Zach Sang Show” on April 24.

“So my will says that if I die, my family won’t get a penny,” he added.

Tree, who was single at the time of his death, claimed that if he had a wife and children, he would not receive a penny.

“I’ll put my kids through college. That’s the agreement,” he continued. “But there’s no silver spoon. The idea is that if I die, all the money goes back to the artist.”

The “Miss You” singer revealed that she created Dr. Oliver Tree’s Foundation for Genius Artists to garner attention from her music.

“But there is room to make other money, because after I die, my art will have residual value and will probably be worth more than it is now,” he explained. “Finally people will appreciate my stupid shit videos and stupid shit songs. That’s when people judge you, when you’re not there anymore.”

Tree pointed out that “historically” artists, even “diabolical” artists, have believed that their “value increases after death.”

Speaking further about his foundation, Tree declared that he wanted to use his money for “the physical production of art” rather than education.

“You’re not allowed to buy equipment with that money. You’re not allowed to use that money to get education or schooling,” he said. “To physically produce things, you have to physically hire people. And you are allowed to rent equipment to make things.

“I basically have a committee that I’m going to set up when I pass, and I’m going to set it up during my lifetime. Basically, we’re all going to vote on who the money goes to every year.”

Tree also urged people to donate, saying he hopes his foundation will last “about 100 years.”
