Jay-Z is bringing back the 40/40 Club for the third time.
He opened the famous sports-themed Flatiron District Club in 2003 (displaying sports memorabilia such as framed jerseys and autographed boxing gloves) and has since opened various locations across the country.
The original spot closed in 2023.
And in 2024, Hova built a replica of the club inside the Javits Center for the first Fanatics Fest. Fanatics Fest, part of Michael Rubins’ Fanatics Sports empire, is a massive event where fans can take selfies and get autographs with a host of athletes and showbiz stars.
The “Big Pimpin” rapper is reportedly doing the same thing in 2025, and now the club will be back for the third time for this year’s event, which will be held from July 16th to 19th.
Last year’s outing featured Robert Kraft, Kevin Hart, Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, Hailey Bieber, Tiffany Haddish, Derek Jeter, Spike Lee, Quavo, Libby Dunn, Sunee Lee, Emma Roberts, Marcelo Hernandez, Druskie, Justin Gaethje, Jalen Rose, Odell Beckham Jr., Darrelle Revis and Cam. Skatebo and Malik Nabaas all stopped by the club between handshakes and autograph sessions.
The Roc Nation mogul is a co-founder with Mr. Rubin of Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
Last year’s event was attended by more than 125,000 fans, more than 300 athletes and celebrities, and more than 250 trading card retailers.
