Briana “Chicken Fry” LaPaglia candidly called “Summer House” stars West Wilson and Amanda Batula “bulls” on their relationship timeline.
“I know they said they didn’t start dating until after their joint statement,” the media personality said on a recent episode of her podcast “Pran Buri Unkat,” referring to the couple announcing their relationship in March.
“I don’t know what’s going to happen, but I’m throwing a cow. Come on!” she added. “Let’s call it what it is. It was crazy for them to even act like that.”
“West told me, and I’ve said it here before, that they were real,” LaPaglia, 26, recalled. “I can’t remember exactly what he said, but he said, ‘Me and Amanda are similar.'”
The podcaster claimed that Wilson committed the alleged confession at the 2026 Super Bowl on February 8th.
“But he never said, ‘I had sex with her last night,’ or ‘I kissed her,'” she clarified. “He just said they were real.”
LaPaglia admitted she had never watched Summer House before the drama unfolded, but said she initially thought it would be “crazy” for a blossoming romance between Wilson and Batula, after Batula split in January from her estranged husband Kyle Cook after four years of marriage.
“I didn’t know Ciara at all,” she continued, noting that Wilson briefly dated Batula’s best friend and castmate Ciara Miller in 2025.
Representatives for Wilson and Batula could not immediately be reached for comment to Page Six.
The Bravo stars confirmed their secret romance in March after Page Six exclusively reported that they were in a “serious relationship.”
“There was never any intention to intentionally hide anything,” they said in a joint statement. “Given the complex relationship dynamics and intense scrutiny that comes with appearing on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before talking about the show.”
Additionally, Batula and Wilson said that their romance was “born out of a genuine friendship over many years” and that they “never wanted[their]actions to be hurtful or to be seen as thoughtless.”
The two then spoke about their relationship during Part 1 of the Summer House season 10 reunion, revealing that they kissed for the first time at the end of February and slept together after a statement was released the following month.
Meanwhile, Ms Miller accused Ms Batula of previously lying about their secret romance and said there was no chance of reconciliation between the two.
“I couldn’t do this to my worst enemy,” she told People magazine in May.
