Heather Locklear talks about the new man in her life, Lorenzo Lamas.
During an appearance on the Hollywood & Divine podcast, Locklear spoke for the first time about her lama, calling him her “new boyfriend” while talking about the importance of faith.
“My new guy is so…everything,” Locklear said. “When I tell this person I love them, I feel like I’m really saying, ‘God, I love you,’ because that’s what happened. It’s from God.”
“I’m at the best time (in my life),” she added.
Locklear and Lamas made their first appearance as a couple at Chiller Theater Expo on April 26th.
In an exclusive interview with FOX News Digital, Lorenzo Lamas opened up about the ups and downs of his love life over the decades, saying years of “trial and error” ultimately led him to Locklear.
Asked if she ever imagined their relationship coming full circle more than 40 years after they first met, Lamas said, “The simple answer is no.” “I mean, I’ve been through a lot of trial and error, but I think she’s the most amazing woman I’ve ever met.”
The pair first met more than 40 years ago, at the height of their early fame. At the time, Locklear was starring in Dynasty and Lamas was in Falcon Crest.
The two famously met while posing for a steamy 1983 Playgirl magazine spread featuring Locklear in a bikini and Llama in Speedos.
Locklear was married to Tommy Lee from 1886 to 1993.
She married her second husband Richie Sambora in 1994, but they separated in 2004. The former couple has one daughter, Ava.
Last May, Locklear ended her five-year relationship and engagement to Chris Heisser.
In 2021, Locklear told People that her marriage to Heisser was “not that important.”
Last month, Locklear took Lamas as her plus one to her daughter’s wedding in Montecito, California.
