Sarah Jessica Parker is a New York Knicks fanatic.

The actress, her husband Matthew Broderick, and their children celebrated the Knicks defeating the San Antonio Spurs in Game 1 of the 2026 NBA Finals at Chelsea’s Crompton Ale House on Wednesday night.

An eyewitness exclusively told Page Six that the couple and their children – son James, 23, and twin daughters Tabitha and Marion, 16 – “had a really great time.”

“Nothing weird happened. They were really great,” the source said.

Parker videotaped everyone in the bar, including Broderick, celebrating when the Knicks won.
Broderick (featured in Parker’s video above) pulled out his phone and recorded the wild moment himself.

The “Sex and the City” actress, 61, posted a video on Instagram of everyone at the bar, including Broderick, 64, screaming and hugging when the Knicks won.

Broderick, who was wearing a gray sweater and glasses, also pulled out his cell phone to record the jubilant moment.

Parker captioned her post: “@cromptonalehouse and just a few of the happiest New Yorkers. @nyknicks you brought soaring heartbeats and so many tears.”

She continued, “Thank you JW for making sure we were all there. And thank you @cromptonalehouse for your hospitality and the best servers in Manhattan’s surest hands!!! Rest everyone!!!!”

James also posted footage from the bar on his Instagram Story. One photo showed two girls decked out in Knicks gear at a table with Coors Light beer and food.

Parker and Broderick have been married since 1997 and are both New York staples.

She moved to the city from Ohio at the age of 11, and while her husband was born and raised there, she became synonymous with the Big Apple for her role as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City and And Just Like That.

The two met through Parker’s older brothers, Pippin Parker and Toby Parker. They founded the Naked Angels Theater Company in New York, where Broderick had recently directed plays.

A year before their wedding, they appeared together in their first Broadway show, “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.”

In 2020, Parker told Town & Country, “In my estimation, there is no greater city than New York City.”

The “Hocus Pocus” star said she has always been drawn to the Big Apple’s “cultural promise and complexity” and “challenges and opportunities.”

“I love the yellow cabs, I love the architecture…this is still a place where you never know what’s going to happen when you walk out the door,” she said.

“I’m not in a car, I’m not behind a gate. I’m forced to go out on the street and bump into people and connect with humanity,” Parker continued.

She also gushed that her children were “very lucky” to have grown up in New York.
