Katy Perry has reportedly introduced 5-year-old daughter Daisy Dove to Justin Trudeau’s three children ahead of the couple’s first wedding anniversary.
A source told Us Weekly on Thursday that the couple, who started dating in July 2025, have had their children meet because “they both feel it’s important to blend their families at a thoughtful and comfortable pace.”
Perry has a daughter with ex-fiancée Orlando Bloom, while Trudeau has sons Xavier, 18, Hadrian, 12, and daughter Ella-Grace, 17, with his estranged wife Sophie Grégoire Trudeau.
A source said Perry, 41, and Trudeau, 54, are “very serious” and their “relationship has deepened over the past few months.”
Additionally, the source said the “Firework” singer “didn’t expect to jump into another relationship so soon” after breaking up with Bloom, 49, last year.
But Trudeau was “completely caught (Mr. Perry) off guard,” the source said, noting that the former Canadian prime minister came into Perry’s life “at the right time.”
Another source told US Weekly that Trudeau’s new $3.1 million Montreal home is “a few blocks away” from the home she shared with her ex-husband and is “plenty of space” for Trudeau and Perry’s blended family.
However, Perry still considers California his “home base” and remains “long distance” from Trudeau.
The source further maintained that distance was “not an issue” for Mr. Perry and Mr. Trudeau, saying the two have “found a rhythm that works and try to see each other as often as possible.”
Page Six has contacted representatives for Mr. Perry and Mr. Trudeau for comment.
Rumors of a relationship first surfaced in July last year when Perry and Trudeau were spotted enjoying a quiet dinner in Montreal.
Prime Minister Trudeau was also seen enjoying Perry’s sold-out “Life Times” show in Canada that same month.
The two went Instagram official in December, with Perry sharing intimate photos from their trip to Japan.
A source previously told Page Six that Trudeau is “infatuated” with Perry and thinks she is “the perfect woman.”
“They’re in tune with everything: politics, kids, French food,” the source added.
Perry and Bloom ended their engagement in June 2025 after a 10-year breakup. We welcomed Daisy in 2020.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor has been spotted with his new girlfriend Luisa Lemmel in recent months.
As for Prime Minister Trudeau, he and his wife Sophie separated in 2023 after 18 years of marriage.
The former lovers have not yet legally divorced.
