According to reports, Kelly Dodd has been charged by prosecutors with involvement in revenge porn and is facing a prison sentence.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum is accused of sharing footage of women having sex and masturbating without their consent, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday.
Dodd, 50, allegedly recorded the footage without the person’s consent. Prosecutors allege that the victim, identified in court documents as Jane Doe, suffered severe emotional distress as a result of her sharing the images in August 2025.
Prosecutors also allege Dodd contacted the person and threatened to harm her, her property and her family.
Dodd did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Revenge porn allegations aren’t the only legal issue for the reality star. The magazine also reported that she could face another battery charge for an alleged incident with another person in June 2025.
According to TMZ, she is currently charged with three misdemeanors and could face prison time.
Dodd did not address the allegations on her social media Wednesday, but did promote her workout tank tops and pickleball outfits on Instagram.
Dodd starred on Bravo’s RHOC for five seasons from 2016 to 2021.
She has been married to former Fox News correspondent Rick Leventhal since October 2020. Leventhal is Dodd’s third husband. She was previously married to Michael Dodd from 2006 to 2018 (with whom she shares daughter Jolie) and to Scott Silva from 2001 to 2004.
Back in November, a voicemail to her 19-year-old daughter was leaked in which Jolie slammed her for “blocking her.”
Ms Dodd threatened to release a recording she sent through a friend of Ms Jolie’s in which she claimed she was screaming at her father for not taking her on vacation or giving her a ride. She also slammed her second husband as a “fucking loser” and accused Jolie of taking his side, but was unclear about the first fight she mentioned.
“You look stupid, you stupid little girl. You’re stupid for thinking you can win,” she reportedly told her daughter, adding, “I’m sorry you have a mental illness.”
Dodd later admitted to “screaming” at Jolie via voicemail, saying it stemmed from an incident that allegedly happened on Independence Day several months ago, but defended herself in a TikTok video.
“When you hear others making light comments, spreading false information, and making damaging innuendos against me, please consider the source and their intentions,” she said.
